Job summary

Daly Seven Hotels is seeking an experienced bartender to be the heart of our hotel lounge, crafting classic cocktails and signature drinks while delivering warm, attentive service.

You will welcome guests, upsell offerings, manage bar operations with Micros POS, and uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a standout guest experience.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends and the ability to stand for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in hotel service.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer and wine.
• Active TIPS and ServSafe certifications preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-quality cocktails and signature drinks.
• Welcome guests and create a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Upsell premium liquors, cocktails, and food.
• Operate Micros POS and handle cash accurately.
• Track inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and food safety.
