Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or barback.
• Knowledge of traditional and creative cocktails.
• Familiarity with liquor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and drinks and suggest menu specials.
• Ring orders, collect payment, and handle cash.
• Maintain a clean bar and restock supplies.
• Follow cash handling procedures and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Know and comply with liquor laws.
• Engage guests professionally and provide service recovery when needed.
