Qualifications

• Ability to work all stations on the line.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Set up work stations with required mis en place and equipment.
• Review assignments and anticipate business levels with the Sous Chef.
• Assist Line Cooks and maintain proper storage and food handling.
• Close stations and ensure health and safety standards are met.
