Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Line Cook at a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Strong work ethic and self-initiative.
• Able to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments and anticipated business levels with the Sous Chef/Station Cook I.
• Start prep work for the day’s menu and assist Line Cooks throughout the shift.
• Set up work station with mise en place, tools and supplies; break down stations and close out the shift.
