Job summary

REMINGTON ISLAND AVENUE EMPLOYERS LLC is seeking a Line Cook for our Philadelphia Airport Sheraton-Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport. You will prepare menu items, review daily assignments, and assist across stations in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The role requires 3 years of line cook experience in a hotel or restaurant, ability to work all stations, and a strong team ethic. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments with Sous Chef/Station Cook I.
• Start prep work for the day and assist Line Cooks on shift.
• Set up work station with mis en place, tools and supplies; close and break down stations.
• Maintain proper storage procedures per Health Department and hotel requirements.
