Job summary

Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport is hiring a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare items following recipes, review daily assignments with the Sous Chef, and assist across all stations during shifts.

You will set up and close out work stations, maintaining storage procedures per health guidelines. We seek at least 3 years of line cook experience in hotel or resort settings, strong teamwork, and reliability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Line Cook in hotel/restaurant settings.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and teamwork to deliver guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments and anticipate business levels with leadership.
• Set up work station with mis en place and close out at end of shift.
• Maintain proper storage and following health and safety guidelines.
