Job summary

Stonebridge in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Line Cook to prepare, cook, and present meals that meet hotel standards. You will work under a chef, cover breakfast through room service, and contribute to high food consistency and safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in culinary arts or 6 months to 1 year of related experience; Safe Serve/Food Handler certification; ability to follow recipes, manage time, and maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent, or 6 months–1 year related experience.
• Strong knowledge of pantry items, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
• Ability to convert measurements and follow recipes for consistency.
• Experience in high-paced kitchen environments.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler's certification required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ingredients for shift before service begins.
• Operates station safely following hotel standards.
• Prepares items per recipes and quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and complies with sanitation standards.
• Handles guest orders in a friendly and timely manner.
• Inspects food visually before sending from kitchen.
• Follows opening and closing procedures.
• Stores food items properly and follows safety standards.
