Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ year of line cook or similar experience in a high-volume hotel kitchen.
• Strong cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and specs.
• Set up and stock stations before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary team for timely, high-quality service.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and stock rotation.
