We are looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our hotel culinary team. In this role, you will be an important part of delivering an exceptional dining experience for our hotel guests. You’ll work alongside an experienced culinary team to prepare and execute menu items while maintaining the quality and presentation our guests expect.

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, specifications, and established quality standards.
Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and consistency.
Work efficiently across your assigned station during busy meal periods.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation throughout each shift.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
Assist with kitchen cleaning, organization, and equipment maintenance.
Communicate effectively with fellow culinary team members and management.
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
Support other kitchen stations and team members when needed.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Previous line cook, prep cook, restaurant, or food-service experience preferred.
Luxury or full-service hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and develop new culinary skills.
Culinary education or formal training is a plus, but not required.
