Marcus Hotels & Resorts invites talented individuals to join the 12-month Marcus Leadership Development Program (MLDP) at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will rotate through culinary departments, participate in a chef-designed leadership curriculum, and engage with management teams to understand the hospitality ecosystem.

The program leads to placement at a Marcus property upon completion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a hospitality-related degree.
• Open to relocation for program placement and potential task-force assignments.
• Ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong communication and organizational skills relevant to hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Rotational exposure across culinary departments, including fine dining and high-volume outlets.
• Participate in leadership curriculum and meetings with chefs and management.
• Develop guest and team relationships to strengthen service culture.
• Support menu rollouts, seasonal programs, and openings at other properties.
