Based at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, this paid, full-time program rotates through culinary departments and leadership curricula, preparing you for executive roles across Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or have a degree from a college, university, 2 or 4 year program in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, etc. OR comparable industry experience and training

Responsibilities

• Rotating Through Culinary Departments — Work through a structured rotation across multiple kitchens, including fine dining, banquets, garde manger, pastry, casual dining, and high-volume outlets to understand diverse culinary operations.
• Following a Culinary Leadership Curriculum — Build leadership skills, menu development knowledge, cost control understanding, and operational discipline through a chef-designated curriculum.
• Participating in Chef & Management Meetings — Collaborate with chefs, F&B leaders, and cross-department teams to understand the full hospitality ecosystem.
• Developing Guest & Team Relationships — Engage with guests, associates, and leadership to strengthen communication and service culture.
• Completing Culinary Projects & Task Force Assignments — Support menu rollouts, seasonal programs, operational improvements, and openings at other properties.
