Job summary

InterContinental St Paul Riverfront in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Hotel Kitchen Steward to support our culinary team by keeping dishes, cookware, and back-of-house areas clean and sanitized. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Executive Chef and participates in a union-driven kitchen operation focused on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Stand for extended periods and move throughout kitchen areas.
• Lift and carry kitchen equipment and supplies as required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, kettles, skillets, and other kitchen equipment to keep service ready.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and stocked with dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Assist with setup and cleanup and move supplies between storage and work areas.
• Exhibit a positive team attitude and communicate across departments for smooth operation.
