Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a dependable Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to support cooks, bussers and servers by cleaning utensils and maintaining a sanitary work area in our Florida property.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate commercial dish equipment, adhere to health standards, and follow safety procedures. Shift versatility is common due to 24/7 operations, with team members expected to maintain a neat appearance and positive attitude.

Formación

• Food Handler Card and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine.
• Ability to follow labeling instructions for products.

Responsabilidades

• Sort soiled ware and wash using dish machine; replace in storage.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water as required.
• Clean kettles, pots and pans promptly to support cooks.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
• Maintain clean floors and prevent slip hazards.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and safety rules.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to management.
