Qualifikationen

• Minimum formal education of some high school or equivalent.
• Must be able to abide by company appearance standards and uniform.
• Dedicated to exceeding service standards and providing exceptional service.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Aufgaben

• Clean the total kitchen area, cookware, plates, glassware, silverware and cutlery.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations.
• Set up and organize work station with supplies; report shortages to supervisor.
• Perform ware-washing tasks and wash pots, pans and other equipment.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor to maintain a sanitary environment.
