Job summary

The Hilton Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our downtown Milwaukee team. You will help keep the kitchen clean, operate the dish machine, and support the dining rooms during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to tolerate varied working conditions.
• Must be able to change activities quickly.
• Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards.
• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
