Job summary

The Hilton Milwaukee, part of The Marcus Corporation, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our downtown Milwaukee team. You will support kitchen operations by washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with general tasks to ensure a smooth service.

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $16.94, meal per shift, parking, employee discounts and opportunities to transfer across Marcus Hotels & Resorts as you grow.

Qualifications

• Ability to tolerate varied working conditions.
• Must be able to change activities quickly.
• Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine to standards, processing dishes and utensils efficiently.
• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipate event needs and perform additional duties.
