Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Raleigh North Hills Hilton in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time dishwasher. You will transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware to provide cooks, servers, and guests with the right equipment, and help maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.

This role requires physical stamina, adherence to health standards, and the ability to follow safety procedures. You will perform routine cleaning, operate the dish machine, and assist other kitchen staff while

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine in accordance with hotel and health standards.
• Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions for safe use.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly for the dish/pot machine and replace in storage areas.
• Wash all ware quickly and maintain dish machine per standards.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly for cooks.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks using hotel products to meet health standards.
• Keep floors clean to prevent slip hazards and maintain neat appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist other kitchen personnel as needed.
