Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in Raleigh, NC. You will ensure dishware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized to maintain a safe, efficient workspace for the culinary team.

Responsibilities include washing by hand or machine, polishing silverware, and helping with deep cleaning projects as needed. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork. Salary range shown reflects hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required
