Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and organize all kitchen and food & beverage areas, including freezers and walk-ins.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely as part of daily routines.
• Operate dish machines properly, monitor temperatures and cleanliness.
• Break down, wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and wares.
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize pots and pans using proper sink procedures.
• Distribute silverware, glassware, china, utensils, and equipment as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors based on volume and sanitation standards.
• Support banquet operations by providing equipment and assisting with service needs.
• Work with culinary team on plating and banquet tasks.
• Handle industrial cleaning solvents safely and follow guidelines.
