SPIRE Hospitality, managing Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Downtown, seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team. You will coordinate staff, ensure product quality and guest satisfaction, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The role requires cooking experience and at least 1 year in a similar role. You will work full-time in downtown Detroit with benefits and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Cooking experience required.

Mansioni

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure quality of food preparation.
• Coordinate and lead Food & Beverage staff to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safe food handling practices.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, kettles, mixers.
• Read recipes and manage requisitions and portion sizes.
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure smooth service.
