Qualifications

• Must hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and maintenance.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen dish machine.
• Ability to read and apply product labeling instructions.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly for the dish machine.
• Wash and replace ware in storage areas as designated.
• Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots and pans promptly.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water.
• Clean and dry floors to maintain a safe work area.
• Separate linen from other debris and assist where needed.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report hazards.
• Maintain neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• Assist other kitchen personnel when needed.
