Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a cook to efficiently prepare food orders and maintain a clean, safe work environment. You will set up stations, cook for meals, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards while collaborating with hotel departments.

Requirements include 1–2 years of cook experience in a hotel or high-end restaurant when possible, a high school diploma, and culinary certification preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
