Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience on prep line or as a cook.
• Capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start food items ahead of time to meet demand without over-portioning.
• Return unused items to designated storage areas for next shift.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
