Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Cook to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in our fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, prep ahead, and maintain clean, properly stored ingredients to support the Executive Chef's menu.

You should be comfortable working on your feet, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adapting to nights, weekends, and holidays. In return, we offer competitive pay, hotel and F&B discounts, and a stepping-stone in a growing hotel company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year’s experience as a prep line/cook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
