You will follow recipe cards, start items prepared in advance without over‑preparing, and return unused food to proper storage. You’ll operate and clean kitchen equipment and work safely in a fast‑paced environment, with flexibility for varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prep line/cook experience.
• Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food consistent with recipe cards.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, avoiding over-preparation.
• Return all food items not used on the next shift to designated storage areas.
• Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.
