Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.

• Valid food handler certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients: portion, chop, and store fresh fruits, vegetables, and basic items.
• Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves).
• Ensure correct temperatures and portions for served dishes.
• Clean and sanitize station, tools and equipment; keep station stocked and organized.
