Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Cook for our property-based kitchen operations. The Cook will prepare and execute menu items across dining services, banquets, and cafeteria operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation.

In a fast-paced environment, you will work indoors with heat and noise, standing for long periods and coordinating with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary school preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality or restaurant experience.
• Experience in kitchen operations and multi-outlet cooking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Cook across dining room, banquet, and cafeteria service areas.
• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Assist with daily production and station setup for service periods.
