Qualifications

• Food preparation knowledge and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Follow recipes, prep schedules, and kitchen procedures accurately.
• Texas Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portioning guidelines, and safety standards.
• Support daily kitchen operations across restaurant dining, breakfast, banquets, catering, and events.
• Assist with food prep tasks including chopping, prepping ingredients, cooking and plating.
• Assist with breakfast cafe service and banquet event service as needed.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all items and orders.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, stocked, and operational during shifts.
• Follow HACCP and health department requirements at all times.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to leadership.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely including grills, ovens, slicers, mixers, and prep tools.
• Support catering by preparing food for meetings and group dining.
• Collaborate with chefs and F&B staff to deliver guest experiences.
• Help minimize food waste and improve kitchen efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive, safe, team-focused kitchen culture.
