Job summary

HVMG is looking for a Cook to join our hotel kitchen and deliver high-quality meals that meet our standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

You will work 2nd shift (4:00pm–11:00pm), prepare menu items with attention to safety and quality, and keep the kitchen orderly. The role reports to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager and offers clear progression to senior culinary positions.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You will be the culinary talent behind our hotel's exceptional dining experiences, preparing delicious and fresh meals that delight our guests.
• Daily tasks include preparing menu items, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
• You will report to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
