Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a junior IT Specialist to support hotel systems at Margaritaville Resort, Lake Conroe, Montgomery, TX. The role involves desktop support, Azure/AD account management, and assisting with system updates across hotel and corporate locations.

Travel to multiple sites, strong troubleshooting and communication skills are required. A high school diploma or equivalent is needed; an associate degree or IT cert is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or IT certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience in hospitality or multi-site IT support.
• Experience in technical support in corporate IT environments, AD/Azure proficiency desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to hotel staff and corporate office employees, troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Maintain corporate applications and hotel systems.
• Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure system integrity at hotel and corporate locations.
• Assist with managing Azure/AD accounts, performing password resets, and maintaining user access rights.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement upgrades and new solutions across environments.
• Travel to various hotel and corporate sites to provide on-site technical assistance and maintenance.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
