Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an IT Support Analyst for the Milwaukee Hotel Collection to maintain and assist with computing and network issues for internal and external guests. You will coach users on systems and applications, prepare documentation, and support the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown, Westin Milwaukee Downtown, and SpringHill Suites Milwaukee Downtown.

The role requires an Associate degree (or 2–3 years of relevant experience) and A+ certification, with emphasis on MS Office, Active

Qualifications

• Associate degree in STEM or 2–3 years relevant work experience.
• A+ Certification is preferred.
• Ability to communicate technology simply, both oral and written.
• Solid attention to detail and organization.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of IT standards/policies.
• Experience in hospitality-based technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Active Directory and Networking environment.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and upgrading PCs, laptops and related equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
• Performing preventive maintenance on technology.
• Installing patches and ensuring connectivity of devices to LAN/WAN.
• Handling hotel tech projects including low voltage cabling and basic mounting.
• Administering and repair of critical systems (PMS, POS, PBX, FTG) with vendors.
• Server backups.
• Setting up and maintaining printers and peripherals.
• Support of internal and external guests’ IT requests.
