Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced HVACR Technician to maintain and optimize complex hotel building systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen and laundry equipment. Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience maintaining commercial HVACR systems in large facilities such as hotels or stadiums.
• Experience with commercial HVAC equipment, refrigeration, kitchen and laundry equipment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVACR equipment including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, AHUs, pumps, and related controls.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical failures using diagnostic techniques.
• Maintain and repair kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Respond to service calls, equipment failures, and emergencies.
• Monitor BAS and related controls to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and policy compliance; maintain maintenance records.
