Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems and perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment.
• Take readings on equipment and test cooling tower; record results.
• Repair boilers, chillers, electrical and plumbing systems; read blueprints.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with codes.
• Provide service-oriented interactions with guests and staff.
