Job summary

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: high school diploma or equivalent or 3+ years related experience.
• 3+ years HVAC mechanic experience in a complex facility.
• HVAC license or refrigerant handling certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform repairs on hotel systems including electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Replace and program equipment and components as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance.
