Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Tucson Marriott University Park is seeking an HR leader to guide recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee relations for the property.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, ensure compliance with laws, champion associate engagement and training, and support leadership in development. Strong communication and certification preferred; bachelor's in HR or Hospitality required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a hospitality or corporate setting.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field; active HR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative guidance to hotel leaders across recruitment, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment while maintaining a strong candidate experience and compliance with hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and support Workers’ Compensation and safety initiatives.
• Champion associate engagement, training, and recognition programs aligned with Atrium’s values.
• Oversee performance development efforts and support leadership in driving accountability and development.
• Represent the hotel in the community through engagement and CSR efforts.
