Hyatt Regency Tucson Convention Center in Tucson, AZ seeks a General Manager to provide executive leadership across all hotel operations, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving financial performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–10+ years progressive hotel leadership.
Previous General Manager experience in a Hyatt Regency or comparable full-service upscale hotel preferred.
Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and labor management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead all hotel departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, Human Resources, Security, and Events.
Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, DHM SOPs, and all applicable laws.
Drive RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, GOP, EBITDA, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement.
Develop department leaders through coaching, succession planning, and accountability.
Maintain strong relationships with ownership, Hyatt, community partners, and DHM leadership.
Champion a culture of safety, inclusion, ethics, and service excellence.
