Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Houston seeks a Human Resources Manager to run day-to-day HR operations for the hotel, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, and employee relations. The role also supports the General Manager in HR matters.

You will maintain personnel files, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. A Bachelor's degree and hotel experience are preferred; bilingual ability is required.

Qualifications
