The role supports the AHRD and requires maintaining personnel records, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of Federal, State and Local laws.
• Leadership to motivate and develop staff.
• Ability to plan and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personnel files and documentation per guidelines.
• Process monthly HR reports and status changes.
• Assist with recruitment and pre-employment processes.
• Administer employee benefits and training.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of HR information.
