Job summary

Renaissance St. Louis Airport is seeking an HR Generalist to recruit, interview, reference, and hire candidates for open positions, while interpreting and enforcing employment policies and laws.

You will supervise disciplinary actions, manage performance reviews, coordinate safety meetings, maintain personnel files, and handle unemployment claims, benefits, and routine HR administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 3+ years HR experience or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and policies essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, reference, and hire candidates for open positions.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and employment laws; support management in enforcement.
• Oversee disciplinary actions that may result in suspension or termination.
• Ensure associates receive appropriate performance reviews and wage increases.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, associate gatherings, holiday parties, and incentive programs.
• Maintain safety committee meetings and inspections; ensure compliance.
