Job summary

The Depot Hotel Complex, which includes the Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel-The Depot and Residence Inn at the Depot, is hiring a Hotel Human Resources Director. This role leads all HR functions across talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, HRIS/payroll, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HR experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Ability to lead HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, hiring, and onboarding for positions.
• Lead employee engagement programs and effective HR communications.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee training, development, and onboarding aligned with brand standards.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs and ensure compliance.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll records and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and workers’ compensation programs.
