Graves Hospitality operates the InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport. The Director of Human Resources will lead all HR functions and serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and department leaders.

The role covers employee relations, talent acquisition, retention, performance management, payroll, training and development, compliance, compensation, benefits, engagement, and culture. Strong leadership and hospitality industry experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years HR leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
• Experience coaching managers and leading HR initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for the hotel.
• Partner with General Manager and leadership team.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipelines.
• Drive employee engagement, training, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and union considerations.
