Job summary

CSM Corporation's Depot Hotel Complex in Minneapolis seeks a Hotel Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions for Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel-The Depot and Residence Inn at the Depot. You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, training, compensation, HRIS/payroll, safety and compliance.

The role requires 5 years of HR leadership, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, hospitality experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional HR experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for all positions.
• Leads employee engagement programs and communications.
• Manages employee relations cases from intake to resolution.
• Leads training and development in partnership with hotel leadership.
• Maintains wage changes, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence processes.
• Maintains HRIS records and timely payroll timecard approvals.
