InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR operations, partnering with the hotel's Executive Leadership Team to align people strategies with business goals.

You will guide talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, training, and compliance to uphold the InterContinental brand standards. As a visible leader, you will foster an inclusive culture, develop succession plans, and ensure an exceptional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within hospitality.
Previous HR leadership experience in a full-service hotel or similarly complex organization.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment practices, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day Human Resources operations for the hotel.
Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to GM, Executive Committee, and department leaders.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel and business objectives.
Maintain a strong HR presence and an open-door environment.
Ensure policies, procedures, and practices support a positive and productive workplace.
