Job summary

The Depot Hotel Complex, managed by CSM Corporation, seeks an experienced Human Resources Director for Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel-The Depot and Residence Inn at the Depot in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead all HR functions for the property, including talent acquisition, engagement, relations, training, compensation, HRIS/payroll, safety and compliance initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HR leadership, strong hospitality experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HR experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field; SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees talent acquisition, hiring, and onboarding.
• Leads employee engagement initiatives and communications.
• Guides employee relations and performance management.
• Oversees training, development, and compliance programs.
• Manages compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Maintains HRIS/payroll accuracy and reporting.
