Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HR Coordinator for Grand Hyatt Nashville. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and benefits administration within a confidential HR environment.

You will manage records, prepare reports, and assist associates with inquiries, while helping to coordinate events and recognition programs. Minimum six months of office experience preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of office experience, preferably HR
• Experience in HR environment is a plus
• Background check required prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and brand training
• Support benefit administration and policy adherence
• Partner with HR leaders to develop local recruitment strategies
• Prepare operating and HR reports including time/attendance and open jobs
• Maintain personnel data and records, ensure confidentiality
• Organize internal colleague events and recognition programs
• Provide daily support to associates and resolve inquiries promptly
• Maintain HR office operations and supplies
