Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a hotel Housekeeping/Guest Room Attendant in Reno, NV. You will clean guest and employee areas, assist with maintenance, stock linen and supplies, and respond to guest requests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and service.

Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, reporting issues, and supporting GRAs. Must understand safety procedures and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Read and communicate verbally in English and Spanish.
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Knowledge of chemical use, OSHA regulations, and biohazard clean-up procedures.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Dust, vacuum, and clean hallways, lobby, guest elevator tracks, and service areas.
• Assist in minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and unclogging toilets.
• Report serious problems to Floor Supervisor/Housekeeping Office.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Stock and maintain linen and supply rooms; assist GRAs as assigned.
