Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Houseperson to support hotel housekeeping operations and keep guest areas ready for guests. The role involves stocking linen, distributing supplies, assisting room attendants, and handling guest requests with a focus on service quality.

Requires HS diploma or GED, and flexibility for a varied schedule. Candidates should be able to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds; prior hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Casino/Hotel experience preferred.
• Experience in upscale hotel environment preferred.
• Prior experience as a Room Attendant preferred but not required.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of areas cleaned by housekeeping.
• Maintain linen room on each floor and stock with linen and supplies.
• Distribute clean linen to Room Attendant carts and linen closets.
• Transport used linen to laundry via chute and carts.
• Assist Room Attendants with beds, trash, and linen delivery.
• Provide guest amenities as needed and keep guest rooms clean.
• Make up rooms when required and follow safety procedures.
• Address guest queries and fulfill special requests.
• Transport linen from loading dock to the housekeeping laundry depot.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
