Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Houseperson to support guest room cleanliness and supplies, with shift times 9:30am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm and pay of $16.00 per hour plus amenity fee. This role starts at 18+ and requires strong teamwork and reliability.

You will stock, deliver items, report maintenance, perform deep cleaning, and help maintain a welcoming, orderly hotel environment. The position offers benefits and growth opportunities within Penn Entertainment.

• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, clean/wax floors, remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.

As a Houseperson, you will:

Pay: $16.00 + Amenity Fee ($1.00 - $2.00) per hour | 9:30am-6:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm

• Stock housekeeping supplies and linen and deliver housekeeping related items to guest rooms.
• Report all maintenance needs and service issues as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures, vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, clean/wax floors, remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.) as needed.

Physical Demands

This position will require you to be standing during the duration of your shift. In this role, you can expect to use your hands, crouch, kneel, and be physically active throughout your shift. Our hotel team must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
