PENN Entertainment is hiring for housekeeping roles at our Detroit property. Join a fast-paced team that supports guests and ensures clean, safe spaces across public areas and guest rooms. The role involves moving items, delivering supplies, and maintaining closet and vending areas.

We seek team players who communicate clearly, follow directions, and provide friendly service to guests. A high school diploma is required, with six months of housekeeping experience preferred, and the job features

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months experience in housekeeping or environmental services area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and linens
• Deliver linens and other supplies to housekeeping attendants
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and vending areas
• Respond to guests' requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies in a timely and efficient manner
• Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other public areas as assigned
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
• May collect newspaper and other items for recycling
• Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures
• Comply with all health and safety standards
• Attend regular meetings as scheduled
• Other job-related duties as assigned
