Holiday Inn NOLA in the Central Business District seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations, train staff, and maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. You’ll manage inspections, supplies, and safety while ensuring high guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hotel housekeeping, some leadership experience, and familiarity with PMS tools like HotSOS, OnQ, and Opera. The role requires lifting up to 50–75 lbs and flexibility for weekends/holidays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year housekeeping experience in a hotel.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with housekeeping software or PMS systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Inspect rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and brand compliance.
• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Maintain records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
